These terms and conditions are kept up to date at all times. It is your responsibility to read the latest version before each use of the platform.

1. General Provisions

za666 is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The term "platform" in this document refers to the za666 website, mobile site, and all related services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the za666 platform ("Company") and you ("User"). By registering on the platform or continuing to use the services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity.

2.2 Account Creation Rules

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and any funds held may be forfeited.

  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • If any personal information changes, update your profile immediately.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, za666 may request identity verification from any user at any time. This may require submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, or documents to verify your payment method. Deposits, betting, or withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact our support team. Keep your transaction proof (transaction ID) for your records.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds (see Section 4 for details).
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Any withdrawal may be held under investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The Company reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request if it determines that the relevant account or transaction has violated these Terms.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

za666 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳10,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a withdrawal after receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met:

  • Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
  • Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Bonus Terms

  • Each user may take advantage of each bonus offer only once.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same payment method may result in all accounts being cancelled.
  • The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • When a bonus expires, any unused bonus amount is automatically cancelled.
  • Using betting strategies or software to claim bonuses is prohibited.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Principles

Placing a bet at za666 means you are participating entirely of your own free will and at your own risk. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Company approves it under exceptional circumstances.

5.2 Grounds for Bet Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel bets in the following cases:

  • A technical error or human mistake occurred in setting the odds.
  • The event is cancelled or partially abandoned.
  • Evidence of match-fixing or irregularity is found.
  • A bet was accepted based on incorrect or incomplete information.

5.3 Sports Betting

Market-specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Each market may have its own terms. The Company is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection delays during live betting.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are not predetermined by the Company or any third party.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the za666 platform:

6.1 Identity-Related

  • Creating an account using false or another person's identity.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
  • Unauthorized access to another person's account.

6.2 Financial

  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Payment method fraud or misuse of chargebacks.
  • Using coordinated betting strategies to claim bonuses.

6.3 Technical

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the system.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be notified.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by the Company

za666 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice, particularly in the following cases:

  • A breach of any clause of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
  • Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Settle all pending withdrawal requests before closing your account. After the account is closed, any remaining balance (if present and valid) will be returned to your registered payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

To support responsible gaming, users may opt for self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time, access to the account and betting will not be possible.

8. Privacy & Security

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, za666 is not liable for:

  • Betting-related losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • Losses caused by system failures of third parties (payment providers, game developers).
  • Losses caused by your own mistakes or negligence.
  • Disruptions caused by unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or war.

The company's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you during the relevant period.

10.1 Third-Party Content

The za666 platform contains games and content provided by third parties. The company is not fully responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such content.

11. Changes to Terms

za666 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
